The Oswaldtwistle Mills site now includes 120,000sq ft of mix retail usage and attracts over 1,200,000 visitors per annum.

Their focus has been to developing an interesing mix of retail concessions, own buy strategies , restaurant concepts, new business start ups and complementing with associated retail services.

More recently another former textile Mill, Clifton Mill was been converted to become a modern day Business and conference Centre.
